By booking and staying at Inn the Orchard, guests agree to the following terms and conditions designed to preserve the peaceful, private, and restorative nature of the property.

Reservations & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed through our approved booking platform or direct reservation process.

Full payment schedules, deposits, cancellation policies, and security deposits may vary depending on the accommodation selected and will be outlined at the time of booking.

Reservations are considered confirmed once payment and booking details have been completed.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be shared prior to arrival.

We kindly ask guests to respect arrival and departure times to allow proper preparation of the property for future stays.

Property Use

Inn the Orchard is a private countryside property intended for peaceful stays, intentional gatherings, and restorative experiences.

Guests agree to:

Treat the property, accommodations, and amenities with care

Respect the quiet atmosphere of the orchard and surrounding area

Follow all posted property guidelines and safety instructions

Leave the space in reasonable condition upon departure

Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, unauthorized parties, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Guest Capacity & Visitors

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given.

Unauthorized events, gatherings, or additional overnight guests are not permitted.

Sauna & Cold Plunge Use

Access to the sauna and cold plunge is provided at the guest’s own risk.

All guests using wellness amenities must complete the required wellness waiver prior to use. Guests may not access these amenities until the waiver has been received and approved.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in hot and cold wellness experiences.

Inn the Orchard is not responsible for injury, illness, allergic reactions, or health complications related to the use of wellness amenities.

Outdoor Amenities

Select stays may include access to private hot tubs, fire pits, and BBQ areas.

Guests agree to use all outdoor amenities responsibly and follow any safety instructions provided during their stay.

Open flames, fireworks, and unsafe outdoor activity are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay by themselves or members of their party.

Any excessive cleaning, repairs, replacement costs, or property damage may result in additional charges.

Smoking & Substances

Smoking or vaping inside any accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Any evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets

Pets are only permitted with prior approval where applicable.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb the property or surrounding environment.

Weather & Nature

Inn the Orchard is a countryside property surrounded by nature and seasonal conditions.

Guests may encounter uneven ground, wildlife, insects, mud, changing weather, and agricultural activity depending on the season.

Guests accept responsibility for using the property and outdoor areas carefully and respectfully.

Liability

Inn the Orchard is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

Injuries occurring on the property

Weather-related interruptions

Temporary outages or circumstances beyond our control

Guests use the property and amenities at their own discretion and risk.

Right to Refuse Service

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings, remove guests from the property, or end a stay without refund if these terms are violated or if guest behaviour compromises the safety, experience, or wellbeing of others.

Agreement

By confirming a reservation and staying at Inn the Orchard, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Wedding Terms & Conditions

Inn the Orchard

By reserving a wedding experience at Inn the Orchard, the couple and their guests agree to the following terms and conditions designed to protect the experience, property, and peaceful nature of the orchard.

Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure wedding dates.

Payment schedules, remaining balances, security deposits, and additional fees will be outlined in the wedding agreement provided at the time of booking.

Dates are not held without a completed agreement and deposit.

Property Access & Wedding Weekend Use

Wedding bookings are reserved as private countryside wedding experiences and include access only to the areas and accommodations outlined within the selected package.

Access times for arrivals, setup, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and departure will be confirmed prior to the wedding weekend.

Guests must respect all property boundaries, restricted areas, and operational guidelines throughout the stay.

Guest Count

Final guest counts must be confirmed by the agreed-upon deadline before the wedding.

Additional guests beyond the approved capacity are not permitted without prior written approval.

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to deny entry to unapproved guests.

Vendors

All outside vendors must be approved prior to the wedding date.

Couples are responsible for ensuring vendors:

Carry appropriate insurance where required

Respect property guidelines

Complete setup and cleanup within approved timelines

Leave the property in good condition

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to refuse vendors who do not align with property standards or safety requirements.

Styling & Decor

We welcome thoughtful and beautifully considered styling that complements the natural setting of the orchard.

The following are not permitted unless approved in advance:

Open flame candles without protection

Fireworks or sparklers

Confetti, glitter, rice, or loose materials

Nails, staples, screws, or permanent attachments

Hanging items from trees or structures without approval

All decor, rentals, and personal items must be removed by the agreed departure time unless otherwise arranged.

Noise & Respect for Property

Inn the Orchard is a private countryside property rooted in calm and intentional experiences.

Excessive noise, unsafe behaviour, property damage, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

Music volume, amplified sound, and event timing must follow agreed-upon guidelines.

Alcohol Service

If alcohol is served during the wedding weekend, couples are responsible for:

Ensuring all applicable liquor laws and licensing requirements are followed

Hiring licensed bartenders where required

Monitoring guest conduct and safety

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to end alcohol service or event activities if safety becomes a concern.

Accommodations & Overnight Guests

Only registered overnight guests included within the reservation may stay on the property.

Additional overnight guests, RVs, tents, or unauthorized accommodations are not permitted without prior approval.

Sauna & Wellness Amenities

If wellness amenities are included as part of the wedding weekend experience, all guests using the sauna or cold plunge must complete the required wellness waiver prior to use.

Use of all wellness amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Inn the Orchard is a working countryside property and outdoor experiences are subject to changing weather and seasonal conditions.

Couples acknowledge that natural environments may include uneven ground, mud, insects, wildlife, wind, rain, heat, or agricultural activity.

Backup plans for weather-related changes should be discussed prior to the event where applicable.

Damages

The booking party is financially responsible for any damage caused to the property, accommodations, furnishings, landscaping, or amenities by guests or vendors during the wedding weekend.

Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply where necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated within the signed wedding agreement.

In the event of cancellation, Inn the Orchard is not responsible for costs incurred through outside vendors, travel arrangements, accommodations, or third-party services.

Liability

Inn the Orchard is not responsible for:

Personal injury

Lost or stolen belongings

Vendor performance

Guest conduct

Weather-related interruptions

Circumstances beyond our control

Guests and vendors enter and use the property at their own discretion and risk.

Photography & Property Use

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to use photographs or video content of the property and event spaces for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the wedding.

Right to Refuse Service

Inn the Orchard reserves the right to refuse service, end event activities, or remove individuals from the property if behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, experience, or integrity of the property.

Agreement

By confirming a wedding reservation at Inn the Orchard, the booking party acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
