Jan & Fabiola Prins, Owners
We are Jan & Fabiola Prins, born and raised in the Westland greenhouse district in the Netherlands. In 1998, we fell in love with the space and opportunities we saw in Canada, specifically in the Niagara region.
We own and operate Prins Grow Inc, specializing in cut flowers since 1998. We have been blessed with two girls (Sarah and Fay). Over the years, as we grew together as a family, we saw the need for Inn the Orchard, a place where families could celebrate and a space where business could benefit from a fresh air perspective -a farm stay that offers rest and inspiration for both body and mind.
In 2019, Fabiola expanded into the hospitality industry opening Inn the Orchard. Our 17 acre property is nestled among Niagara’s fruit trees and grapevines, sitting on the shores of 16 Mile Creek.
Sarah Prins
Sarah was born and raised in Jordan Station, ON and has been involved in Prins Grow from a young age. Sarah has been co-host in running The Log Cabin & Cottage Airbnb's and working alongside Fabiola at Inn The Orchard.
Alongside working at Prins Grow and Inn The Orchard, Sarah has graduated from International Business at Niagara College and is working as a Corporate Pilot.
Fay Prins
Fay is born and raised in Jordan Station, ON and has also been involved in Prins Grow from a young age. More recently, Fay has been co-host in running the Airbnb's and and her own Tiny house, working alongside Fabiola at Inn The Orchard.
Alongside working at Prins Grow and Inn The Orchard, Fay is a full time nanny and loved by her work family and the people she knows.
