Jan & Fabiola Prins, Owners
We are Jan & Fabiola Prins, born and raised in the Westland greenhouse district in the Netherlands. In 1998, we fell in love with the space and opportunity we saw in Canada—particularly in the Niagara region—and made it our home.
We are the owners of Prins Grow Inc., where we have specialized in growing cut flowers since 1998. Alongside building our business, we’ve been blessed to raise our two daughters, Sarah and Fay.
Fabiola brings over 20 years of experience as an event planner and served as Marketing Director for Flowers Canada, combining industry expertise with a deep passion for creating meaningful, beautiful experiences.
As our family and vision grew, we recognized the need for a space where others could gather, celebrate, and reconnect. This led to the creation of Inn the Orchard. In 2019, Fabiola expanded into the hospitality industry, opening a farm stay designed to offer rest, inspiration, and a fresh-air perspective for both body and mind.
Our 17-acre property is nestled among Niagara’s fruit trees and grapevines, set along the peaceful shores of 16 Mile Creek—a place where nature, celebration, and hospitality come together.
Fay Prins
Fay is a responsible, kind‑hearted person who loves traveling and learning from the many places I’ve stayed. I believe in thoughtful hospitality—bringing the little things I’ve appreciated as a guest into your stay.
Whether it’s a personalized touch or a helpful local tip, I’ll do my best to make you feel right at home. I’m always flexible and happy to accommodate whenever I can. My goal is simple: to make sure you have the best stay possible.
I was born and raised right here in Jordan Station, Ontario, and have been part of Prins Grow since I was young. These days, I’m proud to co-host at Inn The Orchard and running the weddings on the property.
