Jan & Fabiola Prins, Owners
We are Jan & Fabiola Prins, born and raised in the Westland greenhouse district in the Netherlands. In 1998, we fell in love with the space and opportunities we saw in Canada, specifically in the Niagara region.
We own and operate Prins Grow Inc, specializing in cut flowers since 1998. We have been blessed with two girls (Sarah and Fay). Over the years, as we grew together as a family, we saw the need for Inn the Orchard, a place where people could celebrate and a space where you can benefit from a fresh air perspective -a farm stay that offers rest and inspiration for both body and mind.
In 2019, Fabiola expanded into the hospitality industry opening Inn the Orchard. Our 17 acre property is nestled among Niagara’s fruit trees and grapevines, sitting on the shores of 16 Mile Creek.
Fay Prins
Fay is a responsible, kind‑hearted person who loves traveling and learning from the many places I’ve stayed. I believe in thoughtful hospitality—bringing the little things I’ve appreciated as a guest into your stay.
Whether it’s a personalized touch or a helpful local tip, I’ll do my best to make you feel right at home. I’m always flexible and happy to accommodate whenever I can. My goal is simple: to make sure you have the best stay possible.
I was born and raised right here in Jordan Station, Ontario, and have been part of Prins Grow since I was young. These days, I’m proud to co-host at Inn The Orchard and running the weddings on the property.
